Purposes and legal grounds
We process personal data to answer enquiries and communicate with you, prepare valuations, and provide cartridge-buyback services, including acceptance, inspection, settlement and transaction documentation. The legal grounds are your consent where requested (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where required, data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations and for legitimate interests such as establishing or defending claims.
Retention and recipients
Data is retained for the time necessary to handle the enquiry or provide the service, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law or until relevant claims become time-barred. Data processed solely on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal ground applies. Data may be shared, only where necessary, with providers of hosting, email, IT, accounting, legal and courier services.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing data is voluntary, but it may be necessary for us to reply or provide the service.
