Accepted items and technical criteria
We accept selected original empty ink cartridges and printheads, especially HP and Canon models listed in the current price list.
Symbols and manufacturer labels must be legible. Items should be clean, complete and protected against moisture, impact and electrostatic damage.
Do not tape over electrical contacts or nozzles. Separate loose pieces and use dividers or bubble wrap so cartridges do not move inside the parcel.
Final acceptance follows physical inspection. If declared and received quantities differ, the inspection report is the basis for settlement.
